Beating the Heat
The heat wave continues... high in Oxford today of 89F. There are very few air conditioned spaces here (none really). So we spent time in Waitrose, which does have AC! Then headed to a splash park in Abingdon. It's right on the River Thames; note houseboats in that picture. We also enjoyed scones and clotted cream outdoors, which is marginally cooler than in our flat. Possibly beach-bound tomorrow!
